Plant and Machinery Installation, Relocation and Removal

Using our contract lifting and machinery movement expertise we assemble, disassemble, relocate, strip down, strip-out , de-invest, remove, install and position our clients equipment on a 24 hour, 7 days a week basis in productive, non-productive, clean room and non-clean room, hazardous and non hazardous environments.

Our equipment consists of conventional machinery movement and lifting apparatus through
to the latest technological, state of the art air flotation movement systems ranging from 1.75 tonnes to 500 tonnes capacity.
All our equipment comes fully maintained, tested and certified.

Contract Lifting and Crane Hire

Our contract lift services can supply all terrain and truck mounted cranes ranging from 15 tonnes to 1000 tonnes, augmented with large capacity forklifts and large capacity self-loading lorries.
Once again, these are maintained, tested and certified to comply with current legislation.

We can undertake single piece movements, contract lifting, multiple crane lifting through to full detail planning including method statements, rigging studies, risk assessment, transport logistics and programmed agenda if required.

Welding and Fabrication, Rigging and Slinging

We employ only full time C.I.T.B/CPCS registered/qualified personnel inclusive of movement technicians, riggers, slingers/banksmen, fitters/welders, engineers, plant operators and appointed persons for the management of all lifting duties as recommended by the “Health and Safety Executive”.

All of our team members are fully conversant with the requirements of BS7121 part one,
part 2 and part 3 as well as the LOLAR regulations.

Covered Secure Storage & Specialized Heated Storage

We at M K Site Services can accommodate for all covered /uncovered and/or specialized heated storage requirements you may have. We offer a greatly competitive rate and if required we can arrange for the transportation of you materials to our storage facility in Livingston.
Access to your materials is also easily available and we guarantee a high level of security.
