M.K. Site Services were tasked with contract lift
of large banks of Air Handling Units and associated equipment.  The units were initially unloaded & stored for 3 months within M.K.s warehouse.  They were then transported to the site by our transport division on a "just in time" method.  Meaning the units were not blocking the site while the lifts were being carried out.

Due to the weights and radiuses on the lift we needed a 500t super lift crane to provide the lifting on this job and also used out custom made lifting beam to perform the lifts.

 

M.K.Site Services supplied all Lifting documents and labour. Including Lift Plan, Risk Assessment, Method Statement and conformity documents.

Labour included Lorry Drivers, Crane Driver, Appointed Person, Lift Supervisor, Slingers/Signallers and general labourers for the policing of the site.
