Being situated between Edinburgh and Glasgow and close to the M8 Motorway in West Lothian, we are perfectly placed to provide great services throughout Scotland and Nationwide.
Our fleet of lorry mounted cranes is available with capacities up to 80-tonne metre.
These vehicles give the flexibility of being able to self-load and unload, saving time and the cost of forklifts or mobile cranes and to minimise the potential for injury associated with manual handling.
These vehicles are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for one-off deliveries, short & long term hire.
Enquiries are efficiently dealt with by experienced staff that have had hands-on experience and are trained to AP standard.
Qualified and well-trained drivers
All our driver operators are trained in the handling of goods ranging from building materials, cabin and containers to high-value electrical switchgear. We have an RTITB accredited training manager who can provide customer-specific handling training and guidance to our drivers.
All of our Driver Operators and Slinger Banksman are trained to NPORS, CPCS, CSCS and RTITB standards.
The Health & Safety of our customers, staff and anyone else we encounter is our prime concern. To ensure safe working practices and compliance our training programme includes classroom-based General Health and Safety awareness, practical assessment and testing and ongoing monitoring.
All of our cranes are certificated and tested every 12 months. All lifting chains and accessories are visually checked before each use and certified every 6 months. We are a FORS silver accredited operator. The Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) is a voluntary accreditation scheme encompassing all aspects of safety, fuel efficiency, vehicle emissions and improved operations.
FORS helps fleet operators to measure and monitor performance and alter their operations in order to demonstrate best practice.
